E6 error the red light flash 6 time

Hi I’m using EuropAce Brand AC unit , the AC unit not working and it shows E6 error the red light flash 6 time. Only the fan is working.

Please advise what are the possible cause of this fault as well as the solution.

EuropAce AC E6 error means a communication failure between the indoor and outdoor units. The fan may run, but cooling stops. Causes include loose wiring, damaged cables, low voltage, or a faulty outdoor PCB. Checking connections and replacing the PCB usually solves it.
