Your York unit shows Lead/Lag, Low Amps, and Half Delay, meaning the PCB is blocking both compressors. Low Amps usually comes from a bad contactor, open safety switch, faulty capacitor, compressor failure, or a bad CT sensor. Check these components and reset power after fixing the fault.
